- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Sogamoso para que ejerciendo sus competencias constitucionales y legales, resuelva la accion de tutela interpuesta por Ana Mariela Manrique Duarte a CAPRECOM.
- Segundo. Comunicar, por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto al Juzgado
- Septimo. Administrativo de Tunja, al Juzgado
- Octavo. Administrativo de Tunja, al Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, Seccion Segunda, Sub-seccion B y al Juzgado de Ejecucion de Penas y Medidas de Seguridad de Santa Rosa de Viterbo, con el fin de que tengan conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional.
